Increase your Resiliency

The wellness routine presented in BodyTalk Access helps to re-establish internal lines of communication within the bodymind. This ultimately helps the individual have more resiliency towards stress and any other factors that can be detrimental to long term health. The Access routine is designed to be practiced as a complete set and can be done once a day or more depending on need.

The first two techniques balance the brain, so that the brain is turned on and communicating appropriately. The next two techniques balance the metabolic processes of the body and the entire immune system, helping the body be more resilient to stress and external forces, such as germs and viruses. The final technique helps to balance posture and the physical structure of the body, thus improving range-of-motion, flexibility and overall coordination of the muscles, tendons and ligaments.

The Fast Aid routine combines two of the above techniques to assist in helping the body recover from all sorts of minor to major injuries by shifting the body out of a state of shock and trauma back into the growth and healing mode. Fast Aid is highly flexible, incredibly fast and can be used anytime or place to assist in the recovery from injuries and trauma.

More On The 6 Techniques You Will Learn

Cortices
The Cortices technique is designed to improve and balance the communication between the two halves of the brain. (Think of it as hitting the reset button on your brain's computer.) This improves the brain's efficiency - thereby improving overall health. Specific immediate effects include improvements in thinking ability, memory and concentration, stress reduction, feeling more physically relaxed, and enhanced general physiological functioning of the body.

Switching
One of the common side effects of stress is the tendency for the mind to go into a "switched" mode, where normal brain coordination is compromised. This can show up as inattentiveness, poor decision-making and confusion, the making of silly mistakes, poor coordination and mood swings. The "switched" person often reverses simple things such as left-and-right or yes-and-no. The Switching technique helps restore normal brain function and will help the individual to manage stress more effectively.

Hydration
The body is 70- to 80- percent water. All physiological processes in the cells, nerves, organs and other structures are dependent upon a good supply of water. Even if someone drinks plenty of water, the body may not be utilizing it well. Very often, the transportation of water across the cell membranes is compromised. The Hydration technique helps to correct the body's ability to fully use the water it has available - thereby greatly improving the efficiency of all physiological processes.

Body Chemistry
This amazing technique is designed to stimulate the immune system of the body into addressing many chronic and acute conditions. Often viruses, bacteria and parasites are not effectively addressed by the body's immune system because of various imbalances in the body. The Body Chemistry technique can correct these imbalances so the body can restore health without the need for drug intervention. This technique also works to help the immune system address allergies, food intolerances and accumulated toxins.

Reciprocals
The integrity of the structure of the body is critical for living a healthy and mobile life. The coordination of the muscles, balance of the muscle tone and the unrestricted flow of energy through the body are all critical to healthy functioning at all levels of the bodymind complex. The Reciprocals technique involves reestablishing the integrity of the structures of the body, and it can have a significant effect on many forms of injuries, arthritis, circulatory issues, coordination patterns, spinal problems and chronic pain.

Fast Aid Techniques
BodyTalk Access also includes an effective first-aid system that is non-invasive, safe and extremely simple. It will resolve simple issues as a stand-alone technique. For serious conditions, it is designed to be used safely until specialized healthcare arrives.

For the layperson interested in using the BodyTalk techniques, the BodyTalk Access training is easy to understand and learn and will help you assist your family and friends with healthcare in a simple and safe way.

The Swiss Army Knife of Wellness

Posted In:
BodyTalk Access

swiss army knife

swiss army knife

Do you have your tools?

Are you familiar with a Swiss Army Knife?  This knife was invented in Switzerland in 1891 by an inventor named Karl Elsener. The knife is a pocket knife or multi-tool knife.  American Soldiers named it Swiss Army Knife during World War II because they could not easily pronounce its German name “Offiziersmesser”.   What makes this knife so unique is that it has a main blade and various tools like can openers, screwdrivers, corkscrews, scissors, pliers, nail files, shackle cutters and now LED lights, USB sticks, etc. They are generally known for their red color and cross logo which in military issued knives is the coat of arms of Switzerland. I think you can see why these handy knives would be an amazing tool for camping, an athletic field, at home and even in the military to address many things they might encounter.

What if you could have such a tool for your overall health and well-being? Would that be valuable? Even better, a tool that requires no equipment, no supplements, took up no space in your backpack, camping equipment or car for the football or soccer game. A tool that could help you address a host needs as may be required for any given situation. Well, such a tool exists and all you need is to learn it in a day and use it for a lifetime whether in the wilderness, on the playground or soccer field, in the workplace, on an airplane, in your home, or any other indoor or outdoor environment.

Your body has an incredible ability to heal itself. You know this to be true if you have ever cut your finger, had surgery or broken a bone.   This is called your innate wisdom to heal. And fortunately for all of us, we are all born with it and do not have to think too hard to allow the process or ailment to fix itself. That is the amazing part about our bodies.  I’ve prepared a video where you can learn more about how your body can Design Its Own Healthcare plan.

Keeping yourself feeling good can be challenging in our world today.  For instance, have you ever had a day when you felt like your focus was gone or you just could not remember anything!  A lot of this is due to stress, such as traffic, school, deadlines, receiving bad news. Try this brain balancing technique we call Cortices.  By using focus and your body’s innate ability to heal, you can bring about great calming and balance to your brain to calm your perspective on these matters.

Sometimes the stress seems so great in our lives that we feel we cannot cope.  Your body has it's own built-in ability to blow a circuit like a breaker in your home to protect you from more serious concerns. We call this Switching, like triggering that switch or breaker. This process is natural and is seen in long-distance runners when they push themselves beyond the limits and their body collapses at the end of the race to force the body to start the healing process by letting them know, “You did TOO much, it’s time to rest!”

Did you know that your body is made up of nearly 78% water and drinking more of it is one of the fastest changes you can make in your daily health regime to improve so many functions like digestion, detoxification and mental clarity.  But sometimes your cells lose their ability to hydrate and use the water to its best advantage. You have seen this when you observe water retention in any part of your body. Your cells can be re-trained to use this water correctly in a simple technique we call Hydration.

Why do so many get the flu?  Isn’t that what the flu vaccine is supposed to take care of for us?  The stress that many people are under is causing their body to work in a compromised state thus allowing any host of microbes to latch on and feast in an unprotected and sometimes defenseless respiratory microbiome.  It could be attacks from pollution, airborne allergies etc. What if with a little bit of knowledge, you had a way to talk to those immune cells and teach them how to fight back and recognize more easily a threat to your internal environment.  We call this Body Chemistry and it is a very safe and effective technique to arm yourself and your children since you don’t always know what is lurking.

Did you know that your body parts have pairs or partners that work together almost like a marriage?  They are responsible for looking out for each other and helping each other stay strong and working at peak performance.  And when one is not working well, the other picks up the slack until healing can occur in the “failing” part. The body has an energy system that connects all of these parts together and when you connect just the right points, you will help your body re-establish communication with the brain to allow healing to happen more efficiently.  This assists the brain to find a new pathway through neuroplasticity. This is a newer term in the neuro-science world helping new synaptic connections to happen especially after an injury. Imagine how valuable it would be if you could learn what these body pairs are to allow you to move your body to balance faster? In our class, BodyTalk Access, we teach these pairs which we call Reciprocals.

A few summers ago, I took a small hike/climb in the middle of July in a rather warm climate for nearly 5 hours in the hottest part of the day.  I had not hiked before! I was severely taxed from caregiving and I had just two bottles of water (12 oz. each). I get it, I was not prepared.  As I climbed to the ½ way point of this big red rock in Sedona, I realized I was concerned and frightened that I might not make it back down. I have never felt such a lack of courage.  It was at that moment that I remembered, maybe I was prepared after all. Maybe I should use those healing and wellness techniques I teach!! So, I did. With very little water left, I was able to hydrate my cells, reduce my body’s view of the stress threat and regain balance back in my body structurally.  In less than 10 minutes, I was leaping back down that big old rocky peak and I was amazed at how these little wellness techniques changed not only my physical fatigue, but also my mental game. I was no longer feeling defenseless and fearful.

Would it be valuable to learn a technique that literally took minutes to support a jammed finger, black eye, sprained ankle, toothache, appendicitis, concussion or surgery recovery?  In one day, we can share how to provide support in all of these health concerns with our Fast Aid Technique.

We teach a class called BodyTalk Access. I like to call it the Swiss Army Knife of Wellness and now you know why. Each health aspect mentioned above is taught in this wellness class. Here are the types of things it can support;

A sprain to any part of the body, discomfort in the head like a headache, supporting someone in a coma, increasing your body's ability to handle stress that it faces daily, support for colds or flu, black eye, any kind of sports injury, helping someone who has fainted, helping with dehydration, assisting with handling the effects of a snake bite, supporting someone with a skin rash, supporting someone with an insect bite, supporting someone with a backache, relief from tooth pain, nasal congestion, charlie horse, etc. Have I made my point? There is no limit to the possibilities to ease the discomfort.

Your mind has an incredible way of healing and in fact, the latest in neuroscience is proving this repeatedly.  Check out the Evidence Based Research supporting this kind of healing.  And be sure to register early to get the best pricing or call us if you have questions at 972-712-0892.

What Can You Do About The Flu?

What Can You Do About The Flu?

There is a great likelihood that you either The Fluknow someone that caught the flu or got the flu yourself.  See the news clip that just came out today on the CDC prediction that we may not have seen our peak yet. Please listen to the stats she references of the number of people dying and even children being impacted. The good news is, I have a tip to assist you in this process.

The Flu Season is not over yet according to CDC…

There is debate over whether one should get a flu shot or even if the flu shot causes people to get the flu. Like everyone, I have an opinion on this.  I believe the reason the flu shot becomes detrimental to a body, and someone may actually get the flu even with the shot, is due to stress levels and stress hormones impacting that individual.  When stress levels are not in check, and whose are lately, it WILL have an impact on one’s immune system.  So the body receiving the flu vaccine intended to prepare you to fight the flu, may not have the strength it needs to utilize the good behind the vaccine.

I recommend to my clients that they work with me on getting their stress hormones in balance BEFORE flu season. I know I know, too late for you.  I also recommend that before, during and after any encounters with crowds or anyone sniffling or coughing, that you perform your BodyTalk Access routine.  Not only is there a technique very helpful in supporting the immune system, but there is also a technique very helpful for bringing more body system balance to the body.  And guess what that does?  It reduces stress on the body!  Learn it once, use it for a lifetime.  Your next opportunity to connect with me on this course is Saturday, February 17, 2018 in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

And if you have already taken BodyTalk Access, please use your tools to build up your body!  Or if you need a refresher, check out the links above for your special monitoring rate!

Preparing for Surgery?

Blog | Mind/Body

Preparing for Surgery?

Ah yes, the end of the year, that time when you consider the surgery you put off all year waiting until things slowed down in your schedule.  Now your deductible is met on your insurance and the holidays are upon us so you better fit it in!

Some of you may think that as a natural health practitioner I am against surgery. Ironically, my Dad was a surgeon. He helped a lot of people because of what he was trained to do. I do not have anything against surgery especially after a serious trauma like a car accident where seconds and minutes count. The items below are best addressed before surgery, but there is much we can do to bring the body back to balance if you’ve already had your procedure.

Several things can play into your surgery that can leave a lasting impact for months and even years.  A few have been noted here with some thoughts on how to properly prepare.

  1. Effects of Anesthesia
  2. Impact on your gut microbiome
  3. Impact on your skin microbiome
  4. Scar tissue and adhesions
  5. Back pain
  6. Emotions out of balance

Here are a few things to consider in order to make your surgery as smooth as possible.  First, be sure to follow all the advice of your surgeon’s team.   They have their reasons for doing all the things that they do to make your surgery experience as positive as possible. Don't take chances, but know that there may be some after effects.  The good news is these can be addressed as long as you prepare in advance.

  • Effects of Anesthesia and CO2:  Thank God for some tools that help keep the pain levels down. The days of biting a bullet are over, however, these tools can leave a lasting effect.  Be prepared and be patient. You may feel groggy or foggy for more than just a few hours after surgery. This is normal, generally, and drinking a lot of water will help your body flush some of this from your system. I highly recommend a technique we use in our BodyTalk Access class called Body Chemistry. It is specifically designed to help the body deal with the effects of intolerances to chemicals etc. If you don't know the BodyTalk Access routine be sure to check out the next class offering. You will find yourself using it for many more opportunities than just surgery;  including possibly surgery prevention depending on the issue.  However, in the absence of the full BodyTalk Access routine knowledge, try the first technique taught in the class called Cortices.  This is safe to use before and after your procedure.  You may also find when you have abdominal type surgery, that CO2 is used to pump up your abdomen so the surgeon can have a clear view to work. These can be very painful after surgery especially when the bubbles get lodged in areas like the clavicle or collarbone. Preparing for these in advance is easy with a BodyTalk surgery prep session with a trained practitioner. In these sessions, your practitioner will prepare your body to dispel these gases in a more efficient manner. The sessions can be performed in person and long distance via video conference as well.

  • Impact to Gut Microbiome:  Generally after surgery, depending on the kind, you may be required to have a good bowel movement before you leave the hospital.  And if for any reason you were required to take an antibiotic pre or post-op, it's important for you to know that the antibiotic can actually impact your gut movement for well up to a year beyond the surgery.  This may mean your regular bowel activity looks different, but generally, regular bowel activity is best at 3 bowel movements a day.  It's important to consider a good probiotic and good fiber after surgery. And easing your digestive system into action is the best way to start.  Consider a smoothie for breakfast in the mornings including a good probiotic and good fiber. Both of these can be recommended by my office. It's important to note that not all probiotics are the same. And you will want to switch them up about every 2 to 3 months or they can actually have a negative impact on your microbiome. Another good way to move your microbiome to a good space is through the Body Chemistry technique in the BodyTalk Access class previously mentioned.    One of the best things to move your gut microbiome to a better space is a BodyTalk session with a trained practitioner who understands how to prep your body prior to your surgery.

  • Impact on your Skin Microbiome:  Ah, the Hibiclens.  It's a special soap that helps protect you from bacteria that your body could be exposed to while in surgery at the hospital. I recently came across this when I had a surgery. The good news is I had BodyTalk Access and a knowledge of how to improve the good critters that keep my skin in good working order to protect my body.   This soap is very powerful and will strip your microbiome of anything and everything. Again, all for the right reason. The best thing I recommend is to get plenty of vitamin D from the sun, consider support for your skin such as Vitamin D supplement (gel) to put on incision points, essential oils such as Frankincense and Lavender several days after and perform the Body Chemistry technique from the BodyTalk Access routine. Not to mention BodyTalk surgery prep sessions.

  • Scar Tissue:  Scar tissue or adhesions are what can be left behind from a surgery. It's basically where skin on the outside or muscle and other tissues on the inside form together almost as if they were glued. If these are in delicate areas they can cause restriction in movement.  In a BodyTalk surgery prep session, we actually have a technique specifically for scar tissue and adhesions. It not only helps to address the look and feel of old scars, but it can also help your body better prepare for healing of new incision points and access points from your surgery.  Sometimes there can even be emotional concerns locked up in these scars.   Consider if there was a lot of emotional energy around a surgery that perhaps you didn't want to have. Perhaps the loss of a limb or other body part like a uterus. These kinds of incidents can leave a lasting physical and emotional impression and can be prepared for through a BodyTalk session with a trained BodyTalk practitioner for surgery clearing and consider obtaining some essential oils for supporting the incision areas and emotions afterward.

  • Back Pain:  If you have had any kind of surgery in the abdominal area lately, you may have experienced back pain that you did not realize could be related to your surgery. There are multiple energy pathways that run through your abdominal area which I call energy meridians. Many years ago, I had a procedure done through my navel. A few months later I started to experience back pain. It was then that I realized the surgeon cut through what is called the kidney meridian. I didn't know this at the time, but I now know to look for it in my clients. An adhesion can form near the point of incision and cut off the flow of energy through an energy meridian. This can link to other ailments in the body and to other organs and most doctors would not connect this simply because it comes from a different aspect of medicine.   So in my case, I worked with a certain specialist to have a procedure done through the abdomen. And six months later I started to have low back pain which would send most people to an orthopedic or back specialist. Neither of these two professionals are generally familiar with energy pathways. As I learned about energy pathways in my studies as a BodyTalk practitioner, I was able to connect that abdominal surgery scar to my low back pain.   As indicated above, when we cleared the scar blockage the energy could flow again and my kidney meridian was no longer impacted.  This meridian will impact your back among other areas. Before your next abdominal surgery, be sure to have a BodyTalk surgery pre and post session with a trained practitioner to prepare your body to make the most of a very invasive but sometimes necessary procedure.

  • Emotions:  Never underestimate the power of emotions. Consider that all your body parts are a community. In fact, there is a Bible verse that talks about one body many parts. While that is referencing the Christian Community, it also is a phenomenal correlation to the body. So if you consider that you're having some sort of abdominal surgery and perhaps an organ is about to be removed like the gallbladder.   Consider the other organs around the gallbladder. The gallbladder is being removed probably because it's not working well. Maybe it’s “stinky”.  Remember, it's an organ going bad. Some of its neighboring organs may want it to move on. Kind of like if your neighbor next door piles trash heaps without having them moved on to the city dump. While some organs may want the gallbladder to move on, other organs like the liver which is it’s partner organ, will actually grieve the gallbladder leaving. It's no different than two police officers that are partners for many years. They have each other's back. They help each other out in times of need. And then one day the gallbladder is removed. Do not underestimate the need for that liver to be supported; emotionally and physically.   I'm sure I don't have to say much about a woman who has had a hysterectomy. You cannot underestimate the power of her emotions going through that process of losing that body part. A body talk session can prepare the body for removal of body parts and the addition of new parts such as transplants of any kind. Again consider the neighborhood. The old neighbors need to prepare and welcome the new body part.   One might also consider essential oils and flower essences for emotional support.

The things you never knew to do that can make a huge difference to your overall response to your surgery, huh?  You may not have taken the BodyTalk Access class but you have an opportunity in the immediate future.  At a minimum, you have the Cortices technique to help your brain talk to your body parts more effectively to help the healing process.  But for the most optimal outcome, I recommend a BodyTalk Session which can be performed in person or remotely via video conference as I walk you through techniques to help your body better prepare.  Contact my office to schedule your appointment to prep for surgery or to help you get back on the mend after one.

How I Spent My Summer Vacation

How I Spent My Summer Vacation

I traveled this summer for a brief time and then took many weeks off to regroup from a long time of very high stress.  Most of us do not give stress nearly enough credit for causing our bodies to work at less than optimal performance.

Many of you reading this blog may be able to relate to high-stress times. Perhaps you are caring for a loved one.  Or maybe you work a 60 plus hour a week job.  Perhaps there is family dysfunction.  Most people have that one going on!  Perhaps you are making HUGE sweeping changes in your life?  All of these raise your stress levels and many do not have any idea how to manage all that is coming at them.  As much as I hate to admit it, I found myself in this exact place a year ago.

Recently, I had an opportunity present itself that afforded me to take time off for several weeks and just rejuvenate.  I used this time to engage two very helpful tools that I teach to clients in my practice; the Body Talk Access Routine and the Tahiti Vacation Relaxation Pose.  The first one is mentioned in my blog on DIY Health Maintenance and I use it weekly to create a health maintenance opportunity in my life.  The relaxation pose is the equivalent to 4 hours of sleep in 15 minutes!  I chose to do Two-A-Days of this one.  That’s a term our High School Football teams used to use for their summer practice time although I was recently told that these are no longer allowed down here in our Texas schools.

I also spent a great deal of time organizing my world.  You might think that does not sound very relaxing and at first, it wasn't.  Over time, however, a huge sense of accomplishment allowed me to feel extraordinary benefits to clearing out my clutter.  This has amazing health benefits such as benefiting the liver.  Most people do not know that your liver is the project manager of the body.  If you ever feel like you have a lot of clutter and you just can’t get the motivation to work on it….consider a liver cleanse.  It’s amazing how it helps you move through those piles in no time.

You don’t have to wait until next summer to take advantage or to learn more about these options.  Take a moment to learn more about these three tools that can move you to a space of stress reduction while clearing space for new abundance in health to settle in.

  1. BodyTalk Access - DIY Health Maintenance in 10 Minutes
  2. Tahiti Vacation Relaxation Pose - 15 minutes feels like 4 hours of sleep
  3. 21 Day Purification Program - Cleanse that liver and help clear the clutter from your world.

Enjoy your revitalized health in Fall!

DIY Health Maintenance

Recently, I went on a much-needed vacation to Sedona. The purpose of the vacation was to relax and rejuvenate after a very long period of high stress.

After a few days of rest, I found myself rock climbing. That wasn't exactly what I had planned for relaxation, however, it did meet the goal of learning more about health and healing. My husband and I are by no stretch avid hikers,  let alone rock climbers!

We started off at about 9 A.M. and left with our new hiking sandals, some essential oil sunscreen,  and two bottles of water each. Did I mention we aren't very skilled at hiking?  So now I get to add to the list that we're also not very skilled or knowledgeable at planning on what to take on a hike that ended up leading to rock climbing into the hottest part of the afternoon.

Now, these rocks may not have been serious on-the-edge climbing rocks, but there was one moment that I captured in a photo where it felt like I was on American Ninja Warrior.  You know the obstacle where both arms and both legs are straddling a vast crevice in the Earth and you hope not to fall in it?  Okay, so that's at least what it felt like. Looking back at the picture it was merely a game of crab soccer coming back down that hill.

As I climbed up the rocks, I recall a feeling of concern that going up was one thing, but coming back down was going to be another thing. But the good news is I persevered up and I made it, although at this point it was hard to even recognize the triumphant feat of making it to the level that I had.  While the scenery was amazing, I realized that at 2 o’clock in the afternoon having hiked two trails before this, our supplies were running low and my less than trained climbing muscles were questioning what I was doing up there. Oh yes, did I mention it was monsoon season in Sedona, so very large storm clouds were brewing over us at this moment? My mind began to play out the scenario of what if it starts to rain and I'm stuck up here and can't get down these rocks which will then be slippery?

As I pondered the dilemma, I remembered, “Oh yes. I teach people every day how to revive their body in just a few minutes.  Maybe...I should try that stuff?”   It was at this moment that my husband proceeded to videotape me performing my BodyTalk Access routine on myself.  To learn more about this routine watch this video.   It was fascinating to see how balancing my brain communication and balancing my body parts to each other suddenly made my whole outlook on my situation far less daunting.  The stress my body felt from the climb was now dissipating as I engaged my innate healing ability and re-programmed my cells to better utilize the water I had given them and how to better manage the water I had left.  Your innate healing is that wisdom that helps you heal after surgery or when you cut your finger and the blood needs to clot.

I was also able to reset my body’s stress threshold.  Let me explain, I was still on top of Red Rock watching a storm move in quickly, but through a technique called Switching, I was able to optimize my body’s fight or flight protection mechanism.  So in less than ten minutes with no equipment what so ever, my body got a tune up.  I scaled back down the hot rocks with much greater ease than the climb up, not just because of gravity, but because my body parts were all communicating and a synergistic relationship was re-established.

This is what stress does to the body.  It tears down communication and the body parts stop remembering how to work let alone work together for the best outcome.  That is when dis-ease creeps in.

Try this simple technique called Cortices featured in the BodyTalk Access class being taught on September 23, 2017, in the Dallas, Texas area.  Before you watch the video by BodyTalk founder John Veltheim, take 30 seconds to close your eyes and breathe deeply.  During this time ask yourself what you are noticing.  Is there stress? Tension in your head or shoulders?  A pain somewhere else in the body?  Do you feel anxious or fearful?  Now write these down and rate your experience on a scale of 1-10.  Ten meaning you need a trip to the emergency room.  Next, watch the explanation of The Cortices Technique and perform it on yourself.  Re-rate your symptoms prior to the exercise after you perform it on yourself.  I will be highly surprised if most or not all of your symptoms are greatly reduced.

If you add that technique, along with a stress threshold technique, hydration, body chemistry and full body realigning techniques, imagine the difference to your day to day aches and pains.  The course also includes a Fast Aid technique.  Fortunately we did not need that one on our climb, however, I already have some amazing testimonials for Fast Aid.  And the best part, you don’t need any equipment or supplements to bring this improvement to your body instantly.  Learn more about what the BodyTalk Access course has to offer you and be sure to reserve your spot today.  Feel free to enjoy my other videos at my YouTube Channel.

BodyTalk Access Class: Take Charge of Your Health September 24, 2016

Blog

Activate Natural Healing By Focusing Your Awareness!

Reduce: effects of stress, headaches, ADHD, fatigue, insomnia, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, arthritis, infertility, menstrual irregularities, heartburn, constipation, depression, anxiety and many more…

Improve: memory, focus, mood, digestion, immune system, hormone balance, energy levels, sleep, athletic performance  and much more…

This hands-on workshop is designed to give you theory and PRACTICE so you will learn these techniques and use them at home or as needed wherever you are.  A manual with full color photos is included.

6 Easy To Learn Techniques

 1) CORTICES: Balance YOUR Brain. Get all the lobes of the brain communicating,

left to right, back and forth and with all the systems of the body. Kind of like a

“re-boot” for your brain.

2) SWITCHING: Reset Your Stress Threshold.  When your body is chronically

stressed your fight or flight responses become confused; too easily panicked or

too slow to respond and protect your body from harm.  This technique

optimizes the fight or flight protection mechanism of the body.

3) HYDRATION: Hydrate Your Tissue. Proper waste distribution is critical to every

bodily function.  Hydration affects blood pressure, nutrient absorption, nerve

signal conduction and waste elimination.  Life is not possible without water.

Health is not possible without proper hydration.

4) BODY CHEMISTRY: Activate Your Immune System.  Your body’s natural

defenses are greatly affected by chronic stress.  If your immune system over

reacts you have allergies, if it under reacts you have infections.  This technique

optimizes the immune functions.

 5) RECIPROCALS: Align Your Posture and Balance Your Meridians.  This

technique will help you balance the movements of 17 pairs of joints while

balancing the flow of energy (qi or chi) between the upper and lower

acupuncture meridian channels.

6) FAST-AID PROCEDURE: Focus IMMEDIATE HEALING in the event of accident or  sudden illness.
