Self-care is not a selfish or frivolous thing; in fact, it’s essential for combating stress. This is because when we are able to work on being our best selves, we can offer more to others in return, which creates a more fulfilling life overall. That's why we have created this webinar "Coping with COVID-19".

During Coping with COVID-19, I will discuss five different aspects of self-care: physical, social, mental, spiritual, and emotional. There are countless ways to nourish each, and I will share some of my favorite techniques.
