Curbing Cravings... Curbing CravingsIt's not always your fault that you eat too many carbohydrates. Cravings for sweets and starchy foods can have a number of factors contributing to the overwhelming feeling that you have to eat them. Carbohydrate cravings can be dealt with through Neurosomatic Programming (NSP) with a procedure called the carbohydrate reset.
